About The Position
Manager-in-Training (Sales Leadership Track) $150K–$300K+ Fast Track to Management At Home Genius Exteriors, we're on pace to reach $500M in Annual Revenue in just 7 years on the market and we’re looking for In-Home Sales Reps eager for an accelerated Leadership Opportunity within their first 1-2 Quarters as part of the Team. This is a high-performance management pipeline built for top closers who want to lead teams, drive results, and build a long-term career.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven sales success
- Background in: In-home sales, Mortgage / Finance, High-ticket B2C sales, Sales Leadership Positions in any High Ticket industry
- Competitive, coachable, and driven
- Serious about building a career in sales leadership
