About The Position
Apex Windows & Baths is one of the fastest-growing bath and shower remodeling companies in the United States, with more than 30 years of industry experience. We are looking for a motivated In-Home Design Consultant to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and help them design the bathroom solution that best fits their needs. No cold calling. No door-to-door sales. No self-generated leads. Our company provides qualified appointments so you can focus on what you do best—selling and closing.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional presentation style.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and self-disciplined.
- Ability to work independently.
- Comfortable meeting customers in their homes.
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills.
- Must be willing to attend weekly sales meetings and training.
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
- Deliver our proven sales presentation using an iPad.
- Design customized bath and shower solutions using proprietary software.
- Present pricing and product options.
- Close sales and meet performance goals.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training.
- Follow our proven sales process and best practices.
