As our company continues to grow, we're looking for motivated, results-driven professionals to join our team as In-Home Sales / Demo Specialists. Position Overview As an In-Home Sales / Demo Specialist, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested a consultation. You'll demonstrate our products, design customized bathroom solutions using our proprietary sales technology, and help customers confidently move forward with their remodeling projects. This is an outside sales position designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, controlling their income, and building a rewarding career.
Requirements
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable presenting products and asking for the sale.

- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the local service area.

Nice To Haves
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement or remodeling experience is a plus).
Responsibilities
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and design consultations.
- Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to create customized bathroom designs.
- Present pricing and financing options.
- Close sales and help homeowners transform their bathrooms.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing professional training.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through sale.
