Requirements

Responsibilities

Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested a consultation.
Conduct in-home design consultations and product demonstrations.
Assess customer needs and recommend customized remodeling solutions.
Utilize our proprietary sales technology to create project designs and proposals.
Present pricing and financing options.
Guide homeowners through the decision-making process and close sales.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation to contract.
Attend ongoing sales training and weekly team meetings.
