About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals to join their next training class in July 2026. As a Design Consultant, you will visit pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes to conduct sales presentations. Your role will be to provide homeowners with all necessary information to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This position focuses strictly on sales closing and does not involve cold calling or project management.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Comfortable traveling up to 3 hours for appointments on a daily basis
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials
  • Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad
  • 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions
  • Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales presentations in residential homes.
  • Provide homeowners with information to make same-day decisions on window and door replacement projects.
  • Focus on strong sales closing.
