J. Blanton Plumbing is expanding its Bathroom Remodeling Division and seeking experienced sales consultants with a strong track record in home improvement sales. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in in-home sales or home improvement sales.
  • Strong closing ability with a proven track record of high sales performance.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations to understand the homeowner’s shower remodel needs and recommend the right solution.
  • Present the company, materials, and design options in a clear, professional way.
  • Prepare accurate, to-the-penny quotes during the consultation.
  • Guide homeowners through the decision-making process and address questions or concerns.
  • Build trust with clients and deliver a positive, professional experience in every home.
  • Take accurate measurements needed for the remodel.
  • Document customer interactions and keep sales records up to date.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our products, process, and industry trends.
