Requirements

• Comfortable working weekdays evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Naturally enjoys talking with people, building trust quickly and creating a strong connection with customers.
• Confident, energetic and able to guide homeowners through the sales process in a professional and engaging way.
• Self-driven and motivated by performance, with a strong desire to take control of their income through effort, consistency and results.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and help them choose the right flooring solution.
• Close sales using warm, company-provided leads — no cold calling or door knocking.
• Create a five-star in-home experience for every customer.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and support.
