About The Position

Joyce Factory Direct is seeking In-Home Field Sales Representatives who are confident running appointments, controlling the sales process, and closing deals in the home. This role is designed for sales professionals who want to maximize their income without being limited by a base salary. You will run pre-qualified appointments, present solutions, and close business in a structured, high-conversion environment. Our model supports strong performers with consistent opportunity and the ability to scale their income quickly.

Requirements

• Experience in in-home sales, outside sales, or high-ticket B2C sales
• Confident asking for the sale and closing in one or two visits
• Thrive in a performance-driven, commission-only environment
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-focused
• Can manage your pipeline and maintain consistent activity
