Five Star Bath Solutions is continuing to expand, and we’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven salesperson to take charge of in-home design consulting-based sales. This is your opportunity to be on the ground floor of a brand-new franchise. The right candidate may grow in to a sales leadership position in 2-4 years, leading from the front while closing deals and building a high-performance sales team. We're looking for someone that is capable of learning a new sales system and executing on the system with demonstrated willingness to learn. Requirements

A top closer ready to sell and lead from the front
A builder who thrives in a startup-style environment
Sales experience (home improvement preferred but not required)
High energy, discipline, and a win-first mentality
Willing to work evenings and weekends—where the money is
Candidates must be located in the Chicagoland region north of the city in Illinois.
