In-Home Registered Nurse (RN)
About The Position
Connect Pediatrics is hiring Pediatric Home Health Nurses (RN or LVN) to provide in-home care in Texas. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options, flexible scheduling, regular 8–12-hour shifts, and a 1:1 patient-to-nurse ratio. Nurses can select their schedule and patient family, and work with patients requiring different levels of care. The company provides paid training and supports professional growth and career advancement. The position involves delivering skilled nursing care in accordance with physician-prescribed plans of care, administering medications, feedings, and treatments, maintaining timely clinical documentation, building professional relationships with patients and families, and supporting clinical leadership with in-home assessments and care coordination.
Requirements
- Current nursing license (LVN or RN) to practice in the state of Texas.
- Current CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care according to physician-prescribed plans of care.
- Maintain compliance standards through real-time charting.
- Administer medications, feedings, and treatments according to the plan of care.
- Maintain professional clinical relationships with patients and their families.
- Assist clinical leadership with in-home patient assessments and coordination of care.
