About The Position
In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) for Apara Autism Centers in Houston, TX. This role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes, implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA, and supporting families by tracking progress. The ideal candidate is highly independent, self-motivated, reliable, and confident in managing their time and responsibilities while traveling between clients. Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
