This is an entry-level position at Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) that offers a clear career growth pathway, including opportunities for a degree, promotion, and leadership. CSD is dedicated to helping children shine and believes in possibilities, building futures filled with play, progress, and joy for individuals with autism and other developmental needs through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The company meets kids where they are—at home, in schools, and in the community. As a Behavior Specialist, you will use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills. Sessions can take place in a remote environment, at a child’s home, in one of CSD's centers, or out in the community. The role involves bringing energy and compassion to each session, following personalized plans designed by clinical leaders, and celebrating milestones. Prior experience is not required as CSD provides training and support. Success in this role is measured by children achieving life-changing milestones, families experiencing hope and relief, and the specialist's personal growth through paid training, coaching, and career milestones. CSD operates on TRUE values: Transparency, Respect, Understanding, and Excellence, fostering a vibrant culture with hands-on training and clear career pathways.
