About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an In-Home Plumbing/Sewer Sales Representative to join their team. This full-time, year-round position offers a competitive annual earning potential of $70K – $150K+ based on performance. As the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, ARS-Rescue Rooter has over 45 years of experience and a team of 7,000+ members. The role involves following up on warm leads for plumbing-related service calls, presenting quotes for repair or full line replacement, and acting as a consultative sales professional.

Requirements

• Residential plumbing experience required
• Comfortable using camera inspection equipment
• Ability to explain and sell large-scope repair or replacement work
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed
• Strong communication and customer presentation skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior in-home sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners who are experiencing water or drainage issues.
• Use a camera system to inspect underground or in-wall plumbing, identify root causes, and present quotes for repair or full line replacement—including excavation if necessary.
• This is a consultative role that combines technical knowledge with sales execution.
