About The Position

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations. This role involves engaging with patients in their homes to bridge gaps in care and build trusted relationships to improve health outcomes. The evaluations, lasting about 45 minutes, include a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and potentially diagnostic tests. Physicians will use an iPad with an intuitive clinical workflow and are not required to prescribe medication, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens. The primary workplace is the private residence of health plan members, which may present diverse conditions including household pets, secondhand smoke, and airborne allergens.

Requirements

Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
MD or DO degree

Responsibilities

Provide In-Home Health Evaluations.
Conduct virtual visits as needed.
Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (i.e., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening, etc.).
Travel locally and within licensed states, as needed.
