About The Position

Little Land Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate and independent Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home services to children and families across the San Gabriel Valley. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives working one-on-one in a home environment and values flexibility, creativity, and meaningful impact.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of California
• Experience working with pediatric populations
• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to work independently and confidently in a home-based setting
• Creative, adaptable, and resourceful approach to therapy
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and caregiver coaching skills
• Reliable transportation is required

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home occupational therapy services to pediatric clients
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child’s unique needs
• Deliver engaging, creative, and functional therapy sessions within the home setting
• Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support progress outside of sessions
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with company standards
• Manage your schedule and caseload independently while maintaining high-quality care
