About The Position

Responsibilities Include: Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Mobility support and safe transfers Companionship and emotional support Meal preparation and light housekeeping Monitoring overall wellness and reporting changes Support for clients recovering at home after hospitalization This is non-medical home care focused on dignity, safety, and relationship-based support.
