About The Position

At GYMGUYZ, we bring fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations. We are looking for a passionate and certified In-home Female Exercise Specialist to deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions. You will design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App, conduct reassessments, manage your schedule efficiently, motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and stability, allowing you to train on your terms with clients who want your coaching. We are the nation’s leader in mobile personal training, and our NW Washington business is proudly veteran-owned. We are committed to delivering exceptional training experiences and empowering trainers to grow their skills, careers, and impact.

Requirements

Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
CPR/AED certified (required)
Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities
