About The Position
GYMGUYZ is redefining the fitness industry as the nation’s leader in mobile personal training. We bring fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations, offering a unique opportunity for passionate personal trainers who crave freedom, flexibility, and stability. This role allows you to train clients on your terms, without the typical gym environment, sales quotas, or waiting for walk-ins. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule and focus on what you do best: coaching clients to hit their goals.
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
- Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
- Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Manage your schedule efficiently
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
- Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
