About The Position
Heartstrings Pet Hospice is a private, family-owned veterinary practice seeking veterinarians for full-time and part-time roles in the Charlotte, NC area and surrounding regions. The practice focuses on providing compassionate end-of-life care for pets, including in-home euthanasia, hospice and palliative care, and quality-of-life consultations. Requirements
- DVM/VMD/BVMS degree
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
- Weekend availability (rotational)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home euthanasia for pets.
- Offer hospice and palliative care services.
- Conduct quality-of-life consultations for pets.
- Provide compassionate support to families during end-of-life care.
