About The Position
Heartstrings Pet Hospice is a private, family-owned veterinary practice seeking veterinarians for full-time and part-time roles providing in-home euthanasia, hospice, palliative care, and quality-of-life consultations. The practice emphasizes compassionate care, work-life balance, and a supportive culture, free from corporate pressure and restrictive non-compete agreements. Veterinarians will have unhurried appointments and flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- DVM/VMD/BVMS
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to Work Independently in a Mobile Environment
- Weekend Availability (Rotational)
- Ability to Lift up to 50 lbs Unassisted
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home euthanasia
- Offer hospice and palliative care
- Conduct quality-of-life consultations
- Provide compassionate family support
