About The Position
Heartstrings Pet Hospice is a private, family-owned veterinary practice dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life care for pets and their families. We offer in-home euthanasia, hospice and palliative care, quality-of-life consultations, and compassionate family support. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice meaningful medicine with unhurried appointments, flexible scheduling, and a supportive leadership team that prioritizes veterinarian well-being. Requirements
- DVM/VMD/BVMS degree
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to Work Independently in a Mobile Environment
- Weekend Availability (Rotational)
- Ability to Lift up to 50 lbs Unassisted
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home euthanasia services.
- Offer hospice and palliative care.
- Conduct quality-of-life consultations.
- Provide compassionate family support during end-of-life care.
