About The Position

Our amazing team is looking for a new In-Home Estimator/Bilingual Sales Consultant! This is a full-time position with a base rate of $20/hr, with the opportunity to earn up to $26/hr or more with an attractive incentive program after a 90-day probationary period. There are no nights, weekends, or holidays. Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay are provided after the 90-day probationary period. A company car, gas, and insurance are provided during the workday. Bilingual English/Spanish is required. Prior customer service, sales, or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required
  • Complete a background check
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
  • Comfortable with a computer and technology
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior cleaning, sales, or supervisory experience highly preferred
  • Prior customer service, sales or cleaning experience preferred but not required
  • Feel energized when talking with customers over the phone.
  • Can ‘work with anyone’ and get along well with different types of people.
  • Take pride in attention to detail and a job well done.

Responsibilities

  • Perform onsite customer estimates using a proven sales system and knowledge of cleaning quality to provide price estimates.
  • Return customer calls and respond to customer complaints.
  • Answer phone calls, book estimates and cleans for customers.
  • Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
  • Identify and assess customer needs through managing phone, email and other communication channels.
  • Cheerfully resolve customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Train and grow professionally as the business grows.
