About The Position
We’re seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver who would like to become a Dialysis Care Partner. This role is ideal for professionals who are familiar with dialysis routines are phlebotomists and are open to receiving training on dialysis machine setup and treatment support.
Requirements
- CNA, Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Willingness to be trained on dialysis machine setup and treatment support
- Reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must pass background check and vetting via Herewith platform
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient setup for dialysis treatments (e.g., NxStage, Tablo, or similar machines)
- Provide companionship, emotional reassurance, and help maintain treatment schedules
- Monitor safety and assist with light activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Communicate with clinic nurses and care coordinators
- Document observations and any concerns during support hours
