About The Position

Renken Remodeling offers a fresh solution to bath remodeling, providing stylish, cost-effective, low-maintenance bath improvements to homeowners, including those with accessibility needs. The company was founded to address dissatisfaction with quality and workmanship in the market, and has built a strong reputation as a manufacturer of acrylic bath and shower solutions, extending this quality to all its products. This is a full-time outside sales position focused on developing relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. Sales representatives are not responsible for generating their own leads, as 80% of the legwork is completed through a rigorous pre-qualification process. The primary focus for the consultant is selling, with the company handling order processing and post-sale changes. New team members are expected to learn the training process and products within 90 days, adhere to training, and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad
• Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during our meetings
• Design new bath on our proprietary iPad software
• Deliver price and close sales on daily basis
