About The Position

Luxury Bath Technologies / Home Concepts Remodeling is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant for an outside sales role in Tucson, AZ. This full-time position involves running pre-qualified appointments, conducting in-home consultations, assessing customer needs, and presenting customized bathroom remodeling solutions. The role requires building rapport, guiding homeowners through the sales process, and closing sales while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The consultant will also attend sales meetings, support team success, and uphold company standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (required)
• Professional appearance with a customer-focused mindset
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using iPads, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Google Drive
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and driven to succeed

Nice To Haves

• Bathroom remodeling or home improvement sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills

Responsibilities

• Run 2 pre-qualified appointments per day (10 per week)
• Conduct in-home consultations and assess customer needs
• Build rapport and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions
• Set clear expectations and guide homeowners through the sales process
• Close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Attend two in-person sales meetings per month
• Support team success and uphold company standards
