In-Home CNA | Evening Shift (2 PM–10 PM)
About The Position
Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a compassionate and dependable In-Home CNA to join our team at Pathways Omaha. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and support to participants in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Mileage reimbursement is provided at 72.5 cents per mile for eligible travel. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, offering consistent evening hours with no overnight shifts. This position will pay up to $22.06/hour, based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate required in the respective state in which he/she is employed.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required, or completion of job specific training related to working with the elderly population must be completed within the first six months of hire.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Providing and assisting participants of Immanuel Pathways program with personal cares, activities of daily living, restorative, recreational programing and supportive care in the center and/or participant’s homes.
- Assisting in monitoring and reporting participant’s health status.
- Providing a safe environment for the participants of Immanuel Pathways.
