About The Position
At Senior Home Companions, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, one-on-one non-medical care to seniors in the Indianapolis area. We aim to enhance the lives of seniors and ensure our caregivers feel valued and appreciated. We also provide flexible schedules to promote work-life balance and offer competitive pay with overtime for hours worked over 40.
Requirements
- At least one year of caregiving experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Must have your own personal transportation.
- A genuine love for spending time with seniors and making them smile.
- Ability to assist with personal care, daily living activities, and companionship.
Responsibilities
- Providing non-medical personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting.
- Assisting with daily living activities like light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and dishes.
- Offering companionship and engaging our clients in activities they love.
