About The Position

At Home Care Partners, you’ll provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes. This is not a facility role—you’ll work directly with clients, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent while building real relationships along the way. We’re hiring both full-time (30–40 hours/week) and part-time (16–29 hours/week) caregivers across Lincoln. This role is about more than tasks—it’s about showing up for someone who depends on you.

Requirements

• At least 19 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong reliability, professionalism, and empathy for others

Responsibilities

• Build consistent relationships and provide meaningful companionship
• Support personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting) with dignity and respect
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Assist with meals, errands, and daily routines
• Provide medication reminders and safe transfers
• Document care and communicate updates so we can support each client effectively
