About The Position

At Home Care Partners, we are hiring full-time and part-time caregivers specifically for awake overnight shifts (9 PM – 8 AM) across Lincoln. You will provide one-on-one overnight care to seniors in their homes. This is not a facility role—you’ll work independently, helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported while building trust and consistency over time. This role is about more than tasks—it’s about showing up for someone who depends on you.

Requirements

• At least 19 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong reliability, professionalism, and empathy for others

Responsibilities

• Build consistent relationships and provide meaningful companionship
• Support personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting) with dignity and respect
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Assist with meals, errands, and daily routines
• Provide medication reminders and safe transfers
• Document care and communicate updates so we can support each client effectively
