About The Position

Home Care Partners is seeking dependable, attentive, and comfortable caregivers for one-on-one overnight care to seniors in their homes. This role is ideal for individuals who prefer overnight shifts and a quieter, more structured environment. You will work independently, helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported while building trust and consistency over time. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time awake overnight shifts (9 PM – 8 AM) across Lincoln.

Requirements

• At least 19 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong reliability, professionalism, and empathy for others

Responsibilities

• Build consistent relationships and provide meaningful companionship
• Support personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting) with dignity and respect
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Assist with meals, errands, and daily routines
• Provide medication reminders and safe transfers
• Document care and communicate updates
