About The Position

We are seeking an in-home closer for our Clermont, Lakeland, Kissimmee, and Villages service area. This role involves meeting homeowners who have already contacted us, following a proven process to assess their needs, and presenting solutions at their kitchen table. There is no cold calling or door-to-door sales involved, as the homeowner is ready to buy. The primary focus is on earning trust and closing the business for gutter services. We are looking for individuals who may not have a traditional sales background but possess strong interpersonal and observational skills, as well as those experienced closers who are seeking a better opportunity.

Requirements

  • The ability to read people.
  • Calm and friendly demeanor under pressure.
  • Observational skills to notice details others miss.
  • Ability to ask insightful questions.
  • Extended listening skills.
  • Ability to identify the root cause of customer hesitation.
