In-Home Certified Personal Trainer
About The Position
GYMGUYZ is the nation's leader in mobile personal training, bringing fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations. We are seeking passionate and certified personal trainers who crave flexibility, autonomy, and stability, and are tired of the traditional gym environment. This role offers the opportunity to train clients on your terms, with clients who actively seek your coaching, without the pressures of gym rent, sales quotas, or waiting for walk-ins. Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
- Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
- Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Manage your schedule efficiently
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
- Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
