About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be physically able to assist clients with mobility and personal care tasks.
Nice To Haves
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with mobility and daily activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Assist with meal planning.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document client progress and report any changes to the care team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
