About The Position
Care to Stay Home is actively hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support our growing client base in the northern Idaho area. This role is critical to delivering high-quality, person-centered care that enables clients to live safely and comfortably at home. We prioritize long-term client matching to ensure consistency, stability, and meaningful relationships. Care To Stay Home is one of the most trusted home care providers. We are an award-winning, Home Care Pulse-certified provider. This means we’ve met selective standards for client and caregiver satisfaction. We offer a range of in-home services for seniors, including daily living care, post-surgical care, stroke recovery care, dementia and Alzheimer’s care, and respite care for loved ones. Our caregivers are carefully selected and screened to ensure your loved ones get the high level of care they deserve. Working with seniors—especially those living with dementia or Alzheimer’s—requires a special skill set and a desire to work with seniors. Our caregivers have both. You can rest assured that your loved one is in good hands with our compassionate, experienced team. This agency is independently owned and operated. Requirements
- A caring, dependable person with reliable transportation who shows up and follows through
- Ability to lift up to 50-lbs and follow safety protocols
- Strong communication skills and respect for client dignity
- Detail-oriented—you notice the little things that make a big difference

Responsibilities
- Build meaningful connections through conversation and companionship
- Provide hands-on personal care with respect and compassion
- Support safe movement, mobility, and simple exercises
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Prepare nourishing meals and encourage hydration
- Offer medication reminders and observe changes in condition
- Assist with errands, appointments, and staying engaged in the community
