Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home health care preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic understanding of client care and safety protocols.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in caregiving or related field is a plus.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with mobility and daily activities to promote independence.
  • Administer medication and monitor health status as directed.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
  • Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their well-being.
  • Document client progress and report any changes to the care team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
