Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred.
  • Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor towards clients.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Background check clearance and CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to individual client needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional certifications in caregiving preferred.
  • Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities.
  • Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed.
  • Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
