In-Home Caregivers
About The Position
Join Caring Senior Service of McAllen as a compassionate Caregiver or CNA. We are looking for dedicated professionals to provide in-home care to seniors in Harlingen, San Benito, and surrounding areas. We offer flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and PRN, with options for 4, 8, and 12-hour shifts. Our pay range is $9–$12/hour, depending on experience, shift, and client needs. At Caring Senior Service, we prioritize our caregivers, believing that happy caregivers lead to happy clients. Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience (CNA preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality
- English proficiency (reading and writing)

- Bilingual candidates are a plus!
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation or activities
- Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry
- Run errands and provide transportation to appointments as needed
- Monitor changes in condition and communicate with the care team
