Requirements
- CNA license preferred, or caregiving experience (6 months full‑time / 12 months part‑time). Open to fresh graduates and undergrads.
- Strong communication and compassionate demeanor
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if transporting clients)
- Current TB test required
- Physical ability to perform caregiving duties
- Trustworthy and punctual
- Background check clearance at the state and national levels
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals
- Support safe mobility and transportation to appointments
- Prepare meals and give medication reminders
- Educate families on safe caregiving techniques
