About The Position

We're hiring experienced, big-hearted caregivers across the Greater San Diego area to support clients living with Dementia, Alzheimer's, ALS, and Parkinson's in the comfort of their own homes. Caregiving isn't for everyone. It's for people who notice the little things — the client who seems quieter than usual, the daughter who's running on empty, the small win that deserves a celebration. Requirements

Hands-on caregiving experience
Patience, reliability, and a heart for this work
The ability to communicate clearly and kindly with clients, families, and coworkers
Comfort following individualized care plans and adjusting as needs shift
A valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and provide a current TB test

Safe transfer techniques

Responsibilities

Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
Supporting safe mobility and transfers, plus gentle redirection for memory care clients
Cooking meals and lending a hand at mealtimes
Light housekeeping, errands, groceries, and prescription pick-ups
Getting clients to appointments and out into the community
Watching for changes in wellbeing and keeping the care team in the loop
Being the steady, familiar face that makes someone's day feel safe
