Requirements

• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the US
• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance (required to cover shifts across our service areas)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• TB/PPD test
• Pass background check
• Ability to handle physical demands: bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking for extended periods
• Ability to document care in our patient portal and communicate orally, electronically, and over the phone

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients across our Maryland service areas, including ambulation and transfers, bathing assistance, dressing and grooming, and meal preparation.
• Work independently with the support of a collaborative team, following individualized service plans that make a real difference in your clients' daily lives.
• Document care in our patient portal and communicate orally, electronically, and over the phone.
