About The Position
This entry-level In-Home Caregiver position offers flexible shifts, 24/7 support from a local team, and time and a half pay for holidays and overtime. Mileage reimbursement is provided during client shifts, and the role operates within a small, local team environment. The position is ideal for compassionate and dependable individuals interested in starting or growing a career in caregiving. While previous caregiving experience is helpful, it is not required.

- Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance required
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- All offers are contingent on completion of a background check and MVR screening.

Responsibilities
- Driving clients to appointments or errands
- Providing medication reminders
- Preparing meals and assisting with cooking
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Assistance with dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Help with feeding
- Mobility and ambulation support
- Bathing assistance
- Transfers (bed/chair)
- Toileting and incontinence care
