About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a caring and compassionate In-Home Caregiver to provide services for clients in the Ketchum area. As a Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in allowing patients to remain independent and safely in their own homes. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, reliable care and offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive training. We are now offering Daily Pay, allowing you to get paid the next day after you work.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Pass background check, per state requirements
Pass drug screen, per state requirements
Must be at least 18 years or older

Nice To Haves

Prior experience is not required.
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are welcome.

Responsibilities

Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
Complete meal preparation assistance, including preparing meals, serving meals, cleaning up, and assisting the patient with eating.
Complete personal care assistance, including tub, shower, or bed baths, and assisting with dressing, grooming, denture care, and skin care.
Complete housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out trash, dusting, cleaning the refrigerator, and washing/putting away dishes.
Complete laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away laundry, potentially at a laundromat.
Assist with running errands, including grocery shopping, picking up medical supplies, and going to the post office.
Be rarely absent from work and be reliable, dependable, and punctual.
