Requirements
- Punctual, reliable, and maintains a polished, respectful presence.
- Experience with hands-on personal care and ADLs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references.
Nice To Haves
- Alzheimer’s or Dementia experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level assistance with hygiene, grooming, and incontinence care.
- Manage medication reminders, mobility assistance (transfers), and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and transportation to appointments or outings.
- Document care notes and alert the team to any changes in the client’s condition with professional detail.
