About The Position
As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll provide one-on-one senior care in clients’ homes — helping them stay independent, safe, and connected.
Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable individuals with a positive attitude
- Smartphone required for scheduling and care documentation
- Must be willing to obtain state-required Home Care Aide (HCA) certification within required timeline if not already certified
Nice To Haves
- 6+ months of caregiving or related experience preferred
- All availability welcome; daytime availability highly preferred
- CNA or HCA preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle for transporting clients
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
- Help with errands or appointments (driving is a plus, not required)
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
