Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety
- Prepare simple meals and encourage hydration
- Provide medication reminders as directed
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and activities when needed
- Monitor client comfort and safety throughout the shift
