About The Position

Join Korean Women's Association (KWA) in Aberdeen, WA, as a full- or part-time In-Home Caregiver. This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose your preferred days, times, and locations. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will assist clients with daily routines, provide companionship, prepare meals, and enhance their overall quality of life. The position is based in Aberdeen, WA, and serves surrounding areas including Hoquiam, Elma, Montesano, Ocean Shores, Mccleary, Cosmopolis, Westport, Oakville, Taholah, and Copalis Beach.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Reliable personal transportation
• Valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
• Willingness to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
• Ability to pass a criminal history and reference check

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
• High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
• Compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
