Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one month of healthcare experience preferred
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- A caring, dependable attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care so clients can safely remain in their homes
- Helping with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Supporting mobility through walking assistance, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Providing medication reminders, documenting client observations, and reporting concerns to your supervisor
- Maintaining a safe and organized home environment
- Encouraging social engagement through games, reading, puzzles, hobbies, and other enjoyable activities
