Right at Home Utah Valley is hiring dependable full-time caregivers to help seniors and adults with disabilities remain safe and independent in their homes. This position is designed for someone seeking steady employment rather than occasional or temporary hours. We provide one-on-one care, allowing you to build genuine relationships with your clients and give them the individual attention they deserve.

Requirements

• Year-round availability for a consistent full-time schedule
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Compassionate and professional communication
• Comfortable assisting clients with personal care and mobility
• Ability to safely lift, transfer, and reposition more than 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience
• CNA certification

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Prepare simple meals
• Complete light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with errands and transportation when needed
• Follow each client’s individualized care plan
• Communicate changes or concerns to the office
