Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least one month of healthcare experience preferred
Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
A caring, dependable attitude with strong communication skills
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Providing personal care and assistance that allows clients to remain safely at home
Helping with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation, and companionship
Assisting with mobility, including walking, transfers, and range-of-motion activities
Providing medication reminders and keeping your supervisor informed of important client observations or concerns
Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
Encouraging meaningful social interaction through conversation, games, reading, puzzles, hobbies, and other activities clients enjoy
