About The Position
Freedom Home Care is seeking dedicated In-Home Caregivers who are tired of caregiving jobs that don’t respect their time, are overscheduled, experience poor communication, or walk into a home with little to no information. At Freedom Home Care, caregivers can choose shifts that fit their schedule, get clear details about each client before accepting, reach the office for support when needed, and never feel like they are on their own. Caregivers are personally introduced to each new client before working independently to ensure they know the routine, expectations, and who to contact. This role offers consistent clients with set schedules, rotating weekend shifts (every other Saturday and Sunday), and a supportive environment recognized as an Employer of Choice and Provider of Choice (2023-2024).
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Vehicle
- Up-to-date Auto Insurance
- Ability to pass a Background Study

- Caregiving experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care to clients.
- Follow client routines and expectations.
- Communicate with the office for support.
- Attend paid orientation and ongoing training.
- Utilize a reliable vehicle for client visits, with mileage reimbursement when applicable.
